United state that 'YOUTH. COURAGE. SUCCESS.' are the pillars the club is built on.
You could easily argue the apparent lack of these demonstrable values in the last decade has contributed to the current 'lull'.
Ask yourself what does my business stand for?
What are your pillars, ethics, beliefs, behaviours....all ways of saying values.
If your business doesn't have authentic and well-communicated values, it is in danger of making poor decisions.
This could be hires, suppliers, or the clients you work with.
On the plus-side, values will help you to stand out from your competition and build stronger engagement with your colleagues and customers [call them supporters if you like].
Join fellow supporters who lead businesses and let's discuss the following topics:
✅ What are values?
✅ What are NOT values?
✅ What's the benefit of communicating your values with your colleagues and customers?
✅ What's the cost of not doing it with authenticity?
It’s a 30 minute discussion with fellow supporters to understand how values could be the key player you've been missing in your team.
Who’s it for?
Business owners, founders, and senior leaders in the United community group who want to garner more loyalty from their existing colleagues and customers, while attracting new people to their business who align with their values.
About the Speaker:
Stuart Bradley [named after Stuart Pearson] began his career in advertising agencies in the 90's and noughties before setting up his own branding agency 'Trust' in 2011. Establishing the values, mission, and vision of his clients enabled him to build a successful business based on achieving their pre-agreed long-term goals.
With 25 years of brand experience, Stu has worked with brands as diverse as Pioneer DJ, University of Manchester, and Ann Summers.
As well as founding Trust, Stuart also founded a software business which secured £2.7m of VC backing.
Now in his third business, Dos Dedos Ltd, Stuart focuses solely on values-based leadership either through projects, retainers, or working closely with SLTs as a non-executive director.
A lifelong United fan, Stu’s mission is to make values the 'get it glue' that helps leaders to bring people together to support their business vision.
